After graduating from Parsons School of Design, I designed for companies from Adrienne Vittadini to Michael Kors, gaining years of experience in women’s separates, activewear, swimwear, and men’s and women’s outerwear. In 2014, I launched my collection of made-to-order women’s coats - sketching, draping and patterning each style. From my interests in travel, nature and exploring the outdoors, I became interested in outdoor apparel and gear. I gained an appreciation for the functionality and durability of these products and an admiration for the sustainable, ethical and environmental practices of the companies producing these goods. This has driven my exploration of 3d design and prompted my focus on sustainable design and fashion.
